Covid-19 & You

Covid-19 (coronavirus) is a nasty virus you may have heard of that is sweeping the world and needs to be taken seriously. We are doing everything we can to make this time more stable, less scary and of course keeping your safety and joy at the forefront.

So what are we doing? Sanitize everything! We already held sanitation at a pinnacle standard but we just went into Monica mode , (don’t get it? watch Friends). Deep cleaning everything: tools, kits, studios, EVERYTHING. We have suspended in-person trials for the time being for everyone’s safety and sanity. In-person trials will resume once this is under control. Spring weddings are being shifted to “safe” dates when people project is a better time. If we are not able to keep you with your original stylist, fortunately we have 2 other stylists on our team. In these situations you would receive a complimentary trial and any price adjustments if that was applicable.

Now if you are a NEW bride or a bride who wants to be one of our brides… reach out! We are still taking new brides & wedding 2020 & 2021. As I mentioned with the trials, you’ll just have to wait till it’s safe but I hope you get that. It’s for your safety, my safety, my stylists’ safety, other brides safety and so on. We still do video trials where we throughly discuss everything so if you you want to make sure we “get “ you, your hair, vision etc it’s something we can still address.

What can you do? Stay safe and healthy. Be understanding and flexible. This is going make us all trapeze ready. The biggest thing though…communicate! I know this is a crazy, scary, stressful time and sometimes it feels easier to just “turn off” everything. but we want to help and the only way we can do that is to communicate. So even if it’s “hey we’re moving stuff/concerned/upset/whatever” just keep those lines open.
