Educating with R + Co

Education & continued education make all the difference. It separates innovators from stagnant replicators & to put it lightly we prefer the former. So it should be no surprise that try to educate as many people as possible so that every stylist can truly maximize their potential. You may have seen this via our social media platforms, pictographs, lives, youtube etc & more but we were honored to be asked by R +Co to share our knowledge.

R+Co is a brand we’ve always admired not only because of their amazing products but their ethics & educational approach as well. From simply an educational standpoint we both believe in customizing styles to the clients’ needs & wants. So that instead of using the exact same 1-10 steps we believe in creating useable techniques to apply & combine when necessary. Instead of an identical play by play it’s more of a “choose your own adventure”. Honestly this is part of why so many people struggle with creating effortlessly looking but secure updos & equally why it’s so important to teach from the point of view of techniques not steps.
